Okay, disclaimer: this is NOT REAL. It is satire, from The Chaser (you know, the Aussie show that had a Osama Bin Laden impersonator near George Bush when he was down under...). However, I thought this was hilarious and funny.
On a slightly serious note, although no "Christian gene" or for that matter "religion gene" has ever been "found" (those with rudimentary knowledge of genetics will know why... if not, you should look it up... I mean, this is the 21st century), there are numerous studies in personality research that suggests that there are some personalities traits that are closely associated with religiousity... It seems that some people are more likely to embrace religions over others, while there are some that tend to reject religion over others.
I belong to the latter group, of course.
